CANCELLATION POLICY

WE HAVE A TWO WEEK CANCELLATION POLICY PRIOR TO YOUR 1ST MONDAY RESERVATIONS.

Since we are only open a couple of days a month, we depend on our reservations for our income. We get numerous calls for reservations on a daily basis, but hardly any in the 2 weeks before 1st Monday, therefore, if we did not have a policy in effect, we would sit with empty rooms. We try very hard to re-rent them and if so, we charge you nothing, but if not, we DO have a cancellation fee, depending on the notice given and reason. If you neglect to call with any notice, we will charge the full amount lost TO US..... to you. Please call before this time period if your plans change and we will gladly work with you on this matter.Thank You For Your Business.
